The Challenge
• WTIA had ambition to purchase a building despite tough market dynamics.
​
•Very little product on the market, very expensive and increasing interest rates made the cost to borrow difficult.
Strategy
• We categorized all the buildings in their selective size and location premises.
​
• We cold called owners and gave them a price we knew would give owners a profit.
Results
• We found a building off market that could not be more ideal. The building was the right size, had amazing views of South Lake Union and plentiful parking.
​
•The building was centered right between Google, Facebook and Amazon- perfect for WTIA's mission to service the tech community.
