Waterfront News - Further Development!

Myrtle E. Woldson, businesswoman and philanthropist, fought hard against Seattle City Council to keep her property on the Seattle waterfront. Woldson ultimately willed the lot and two parking garages to Gonzaga University.

PROJECT: Gonzaga University and apartment developer AMLI Residential plan to build a 17- story building with 257 residences and ground- floor commercial space.

"Because of the location and timing, we see this as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to create a timeless project, and we are truly honored to participate in this effort,”- AMLI Senior Vice President of Development Scott Koppelman.
