Charlie Farra
I grew up in real estate. Our family dinner time conversations centered more around buildings or creative deals than what we did at school that day – and I loved it! The players involved and the physical real estate became like baseball to me – where I memorized stats and performance. My friends thought I was nuts.
I formally entered the business 10 years ago and my focus has shifted to the representation of companies and how they engage, pay and negotiate for their office space. My career’s timing has been interesting as it started in the beginnings of the Great Recession and has progressed as Seattle has gone from a sleepy town defined by coffee and airplanes to one of the hottest and most expensive markets around.
I’ve seen firsthand the amazing growth and upside as well as the struggles many companies and individuals face to keep up. My focus is using my lifetime of knowledge and passion in real estate to translate solutions to companies to operate their offices optimally. Budget, recruitment, retention, views, natural light, best practices, leverage, comparison to peers or competitors – It’s a lot to digest – just like a stack of baseball cards – but I love it.
Outside the office, I spend my time with my wife and two beautiful daughters. I coach basketball, compete in triathlons and work very hard to remain very average at golf. Our families favorite activity is walks with the four of us.
Levi Bundrant
Levi Bundrant is a commercial real estate broker at Newmark in Seattle where he specializes in advising buyers and sellers in the office and industrial sectors. With over 1,000 connections per month, Bundrant’s comprehension of the market and buyer/seller interest is unparalleled, creating favorable and often off-market opportunities for clients in his network.

As a native of the area and a real estate investor himself, Bundrant has a long-term approach and a true passion for the benefits of real estate. In his spare time, you can find him spending time with family, exploring the mountains, or servicing his real estate holdings in the area.
Ed Mao
Ed Mao joined Newmark in 2023 and is currently an associate in the Seattle office. Ed specializes in representing tenants across multiple product types. Ed’s high work ethic and attention to detail has allowed his clients to succeed regardless of market conditions. Ed often finds creative and unconventional solutions that are often overlooked.

Most recently Ed transitioned from, highest seed round startup Tomo Mortgage, where he has extensive experience and knowledge in strategy consulting & implementation as well as B2B business development. Prior to that Ed worked at Zillow as he piloted and launched Zillow’s new monetization strategy.

As an Associate at Newmark Ed has worked to compile a CRM of over 5,000 tenants categorized by size, location, and use. A typical week will see a call volume of over 200 calls to perspective tenants that is tracked through bi-monthly reports that identifies all responses both via email and calls. It’s through these efforts and attention to detail that Ed has seen above average success subleasing properties.
